This site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to contact Livy Zoe Photography about portrait, family, and commercial photography sessions. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage or impair its operation.
Submitting a session inquiry or contact form on this website does not create a binding contract, booking agreement, or commitment of any kind between you and Livy Zoe Photography LLC. Any agreement for photography services requires separate written confirmation from Livy Zoe Photography staff, including confirmation of session date, time, and deposit receipt.
We make reasonable efforts to keep session pricing, availability, and service details current. However, information on this site may not always reflect the most recent offerings. Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% rebooking fee applied to the next booking. Session deposits are non-refundable on cancellations but are applied in full to rescheduled sessions. Commercial sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livy Zoe Photography LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50).
All content on this site — including text, design, and layout — is the property of Livy Zoe Photography LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photography delivered to clients is subject to the licensing terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
